Changes at TWiT for 2021
As 2020 comes to a close, we look forward to kicking off the new year with effective vaccines for all. Here at TWiT, we are making some changes.
We are excited to announce that Mikah Sargent is taking over iOS Today as the lead host. Automation and productivity expert Rosemary Orchard will join Mikah as co-host. Mikah has co-hosted iOS Today with Leo Laporte since June 2019, elevating the show with his energy, expertise, and distinct point-of-view. Rosemary has filled in for Leo on occasion and has appeared on This Week in Tech as a guest. The show Leo began on July 12, 2010, is in good hands, and the TWiT Podcast Network is thrilled to welcome Rosemary to the family.
We say goodbye to some of the short-format shows and will consolidate the content into Hands-On Tech. Concluding their runs are: Ask The Tech Guy, Hands-On Android, Hands-On iOS, Hands-On Mac, and Hands-On Wellness. Past episodes are archived and ready for you whenever you want the information. Ham Nation also ends its nearly 10-year run on our podcast network this month and the hosts are planning to take over the show, details to follow.
We also have a few schedule changes in 2021:
- Hands-On Tech, Wednesdays at 4 p.m.
- Hands-On Photography, Thursdays at 3 p.m.
- Smart Tech Today, Thursdays at 1:30 p.m.
- iOS Today, Fridays at 11 a.m.

With the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel, we are grateful and inspired to make 2021 the best year yet. You can bet we’ll ring in 2021 with even more energy and enthusiasm — and most of all, love for the tech community.
