Google yesterday announced a major restructuring. Google has now been demoted to a wholly owned subsidiary of a new company called Alphabet. Co-founder Larry Page will act as the CEO of Alphabet. The other co-founder, Sergey Brin will be president. Sundar Pichai has been named CEO of Google.
