Game Pick: Surgeon Simulator

Leo Laporte's app cap on iOS Today 336 is Surgeon Simulator. You play Nigel Burke, a surgeon with shaky hands who must perform all kinds of crazy surgeries to save Bob the patient's life. You're given the tools necessary to do the job, and you can see Bob's stats, such as blood level and heart rate, as you attempt the surgery. You'll either succeed or fail hilariously in the process.

Surgeon Simulator is available on iOS and Android devices, Steam, PS4, Vive, and even PlayStation VR. It's currently 80% off for iOS and Android for a limited time, as of March 14, 2017.
