Microsoft Pick: Dynamics 365

Mary Jo Foley's enterprise pick of the week on Windows Weekly 487 is Dynamics 365. This is Microsoft's ERP and CRM suite that runs on Azure. Microsoft is building in AI right into this suite. One of the new things about this a piece called "Consumer Insights." This will let you look at things like the last time you called someone and what the last thing that person bought from you was. It will give you a lot more data about customers before you do any cold calls.

Mary Jo Foley's bonus enterprise pick is about Windows Server 2016. As of Wednesday October 12, it became generally available. You can now get the RTM bits on MSDN, Azure Gallery, and VLSC.
