Tip: Scan Documents on Your Phone with Google Drive

On This Week in Google 373, Jason Howell had a tip for easily scanning documents with your phone. The Google Drive app will scan documents by taking a photo of it with the phone's camera.

After it snaps the photo, it automatically crops and straightens out the document. Then it saves it to your Google Drive as a PDF. It also gives you additional options, such as making it look like a "color drawing" or turning it into black and white.
